Zesty Egg Salad Paleo Wrap

You really have to appreciate the egg…  It’s such a terrific snack, it’s a quality protein, and so versatile!  This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you a “Zesty Egg Salad Paleo Wrap”.  Just remember to keep those eggs organic, pasture raised, and you are loading up on some great Omega fatty acids and much, much more!  Combined with great seasonings and produce, we’ll make a wonderful Paleo Wrap combination that is guaranteed to make you smile.

I start off with three hardboiled eggs, using the method pointed out in Nom Nom Paleo: Food For Humans, our shells come right off and the eggs themselves are cooked perfectly!!  With some sliced up shallot, a little tomato, some Romaine lettuce, we are headed in the right direction!  I also include some spicy mustard, and kick things up with some Paleo Powder as well.  Paleo Powder has a decent bite to it, while being gluten and MSG free.  Hooray!

  • 1 Paleo Wrap
  • 3 Hardboiled eggs
  • 1 TBSP spicy mustard
  • 1 tsp Paleo Powder
  • A pinch of Quantum Pink Salt
  • ½ shallot, finely sliced
  • 1 TBSP organic relish
  • ¼ large tomato, sliced in chunks
  • 2 Romaine lettuce leaves



1)      In a medium sized bowl, mix the following ingredients well together: eggs, mustard, Paleo Powder, salt, shallot, and relish.

2)      After it’s all combined, add tomato, and mix gently, or serve tomatoes at the very end to top.

3)      Lay out your Paleo Wrap, add Romaine lettuce, then scoop your egg salad mixture into the lettuce leaves. 

4)      That’s it!  Dig in and enjoy!

With the help from some relish from Bubbies, which includes some healthy probiotics, we are ensuring our gut is happy too!  And some Quantum Pink Salt goes a long way, while being free of “anti-clumping” agents as commonly added to regular table salt.  The end result is a meal that is creamy, crispy, cool, and has a little bit of a coconut taste too!  I’m always a fan of how well those Paleo Wraps enhance just about any meal, along with being so supportive!
