If you asked me what watercress was a week ago, I would have imagined a stream, or a brook…. This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you a “Watercress Scramble Paleo Wrap”. 1 cup watercress
3 pasture-raised eggs

Melt PrimalFat Coconut Ghee in frying pan, then add in your whisked eggs.
Allow eggs to cook to your liking (I scrambled mine), season with salt and pepper and add minced garlic towards the end of the cooking process.
Add some watercress to your Paleo Wrap, then add eggs, and top with more watercress.
