Ultimate Paleo Fettuccine Meal With Paleo Bread ™ Gluten Free

Paleo Fettuccine with Meat Sauce & Garlic Paleo Bread™ -Gluten Free! 

 Ingredients:  

 2 packages of Fettuccine Miracle Noodles, drained

1 pound organic grass fed ground beef

1 jar of premium pasta sauce (all natural, no preservatives, no added sugar such as Rao’s or Mario Batali)

1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms, optional

Cayenne pepper, optional

Extra virgin olive oil (for sautéing and brushing on bread)

4 slices of Paleo Bread Coconut

2 – 3 large cloves of garlic, peeled

1 large clove garlic, minced

Sea Salt

 Directions:

 In a medium to large non-stick skillet, add 1 tablespoon olive oil and sauté the sliced mushrooms for several minutes until done; place in a small bowl and set aside.  In the same skillet, add ground beef and brown, crumbling and breaking it into smaller pieces as it cooks.  When beef is thoroughly browned, return cooked mushrooms to the pan and pour sauce over the beef and mushrooms, mixing together well; stir in a dash or two of optional cayenne pepper.  Turn heat to low and simmer gently for about 15-20 minutes; do not boil.

 While meat sauce is simmering, brush one side of Paleo Bread Coconut with olive oil until thoroughly coated.  Place bread in a heated non-stick skillet (oiled side down) and turn heat up to medium-high and cook/toast until golden brown and crisp.  Brush the remaining top side of the Paleo Bread Coconut with olive oil and flip over and cook until both sides are golden brown and crisp.  Remove bread from pan and set aside on a plate.  Cut the ends off of the whole clove(s) of raw garlic and rub the cut side all over the top side of the bread; very lightly sprinkle the tops of the garlic rubbed toast with a tiny pinch of sea salt. 

 cIn the same pan you sautéed the garlic toast in, add approximately 1 tablespoon olive oil; when pan is hot, add Fettuccine Miracle Noodles and lightly sauté for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly.  The noodles will take on the garlic and olive oil flavor; add optional pinch of sea salt.  After noodles have cooked for a few minutes and are done, serve mounded on plates and topped with meat sauce.  Serve with Garlic Paleo Bread Coconut.
