What’s in the fridge? Well whatever’s in there is what’s going into this Paleo breakfast! This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you “The Kitchen Sink Paleo Wrap”. A little of this, a little of that, and that’s how it’s done folks…. I’m getting this idea from Make It Paleo, which has a bunch of scrumptious egg recipes…. So I took their Kitchen Sink version, and shook things up a little bit.
Using some organic free range chicken leftovers, some frozen broccoli, a couple eggs from our local farm, some delicious organic salsa, and diced onions, I know we can make a Paleo breakfast worth blogging about! To enhance this meal that much more, I’m heating up my pan with some Garlic Nuco Liquid Premium Coconut Oil, which is an organic, pourable coconut oil… And, without GMO’s! I’m spicing things up with an MSG-free and gluten-free spice blend; Paleo Powder! And a little Sunfood Super Foods Fine Himalayan Crystal Salt, for a little more flavor and eighty-four trace minerals… Thanks to a pure, 100% raw Himalayan salt, with no added fillers or preservatives.
- 2 farm fresh eggs
- 2 Paleo Wraps
- ¾ cup frozen broccoli, boiled, then sliced into pieces
- ¼ onion, diced
- 2 oz chicken breast, leftovers, sliced
- 3 TBSP organic salsa
- ½ tsp Paleo Powder
- Sunfood Super Foods Fine Himalayan Crystal Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- ½ TBSP Garlic Nuco Liquid Premium Coconut Oil
1) Boil frozen broccoli until cooked, then strain.
2) Add Garlic Nuco Liquid Premium Coconut Oil to pan, and warm.
3) Add in chicken, onions, broccoli, and warm.
4) Once warmed, mix in your eggs and allow to cook.
6) When fully cooked, top with salsa, then plate on top of two Paleo Wraps.
You cannot deny that this was a colorful meal that was extremely tasty… Think of all of those colors as a representation of the different nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that you are taking and putting into your precious body! This was a very nutrient-dense meal, which was kept low in carbs, yet super satiating! It also included quality proteins and healthy fats, along with a bunch of great veggies. The carbs are from quality produce, not grains!
All of this fit in a couple Paleo Wraps! They are delicious, with a mild coconut taste…. They are strong; you can see how much they held up in today’s meal! They are portable; just take a peek at the flat packaging! And they last up to nine months with no refrigeration needed! Meanwhile, when it comes to nutrition, they are low in carbs and calories…. There’s no salt added, they have no GMO’s, no grains, no gluten, no dairy, no yeast or starches…. Incredible!!! No other wrap comes close, and Julian Bakery is where you can snatch these puppies up! Check them out online @ www.JulianBakery.com/Paleo or in their two California locations; Oceanside and La Jolla!!
This is how I wrap and roll in the A.M., and this is how I feel good all morning long. I have no need to snack because of a fulfilling and nutritious meal just like this one! And come lunch time, I’m reaching for another clean meal, made with real ingredients, without the gluten! No grains, no pains! Thanks for previewing my Paleo breakfast… I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
