Salsa seems to go so well with some deliciously cooked organic eggs… And if you want to take it a step further, enjoy it over some almond Paleo Bread! This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you a “Tex Mex Omelet over Paleo Bread”.
That salsa kick perfects those creamy, fluffy scrambled eggs. Especially if you use a great product like Paleo Butter to cook it in! Paleo Butter is derived from grass-fed cows that were pasture raised, and it’s made into a French-style ghee. This process makes it virtually lactose-free, and it’s packed with good stuff like vitamins A, D, and K2. This allows Paleo Butter to be a great item to cook your eggs in!
With our eggs, we’re including some peppers and onions, and seasoning it up with some healthy Himalayan Salt from Sunfood Super Foods! It provides us with eighty-four trace minerals, and no added binding agents or fillers like traditional salt may include. We also threw in a tablespoon of organic cream cheese to make these eggs extra fluffy, this is totally optional, Primal, and delicious… You have been warned.
