Sundried Tomato Basil & Hemp Breakfast Paleo Wrap!

Some of this, some of that, it’s so easy to make a healthy Paleo meal these days!  This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you a “Sundried Tomato Basil & Hemp Breakfast Paleo Wrap!”  Thanks to modern times, refrigeration, containers, we have the upper hand over the cavemen that originated the Paleo lifestyle.  I’m able to go into my pantry, and grab some hemp seeds, a great coconut oil, sundried tomatoes, and my Paleo Wraps from Julian Bakery!   Meanwhile, my fridge is stocked with local eggs and fresh basil.  And I have the finest of sea salts and some black pepper ready to enhance just about any meal I toss it at.  We have the life!

Granted, we also have processed foods and other junk that can fill up our pantries and fridges too… So we need to play it smart, and make sure we stock it with the right stuff.  With the help from Julian Bakery we’re able to find that “right stuff” and keep a healthy stock of items!  My pantry is loaded with not just Paleo Wraps, but also with items like Coconut Manna and Nature’s Hollow Sugar Free Honey too!

1)      Cook eggs in Garlic Nuco Liquid Premium Coconut Oil, and begin to scramble.

2)      Add your sundried tomatoes and basil, and stir.  Continue to scramble, or enjoy as an omelet.

3)      Season with Quantum Pink Salt and black pepper to taste.

4)      Add to Paleo Wrap, and top with hemp seeds.

5)      Wrap, and enjoy!

So this breakfast wrap contains some quality ingredients…. Well actually, I have to toot my own horn, as I try to always include quality ingredients!  Paleo isn’t just about cheap quality bacon and eggs!  It’s about fresh, quality ingredients, real food, great organic proteins, lots of healthy multi-colored veggies, and healthy fats!  That’s what I’m aiming for here…. With local pasture-raised eggs (quality protein, nutrients and healthy fats!), some nutritious sundried-tomatoes and fresh basil (multi-colored veg!), a wonderful garlic coconut oil from Nuco (healthy fats!), some hemp (more great protein and nutrients!) and the killer Paleo Wrap….  That Paleo Wrap, well it’s something that deserves its own paragraph!

Its low carb (just 4 net carbs!), its low cal (just 70 cals!), and has no junk ingredients.  Just coconut, organic coconut I should add!  No GMO’s, no soy, no gluten, no grains, no starch, no dairy….
