I love stuffin’ my face! But it’s gotta be the right stuff, like this wrap that I’m about to unveil! This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you a “Spinach Stuffed Breakfast Paleo Wrap!” Yeah, I admit it, I love food… And if you are here checking out a food blog, you probably do too! Although I have severely changed my ways, from eating anything and everything and feeling bloated, gassy and just nasty, to eating real, clean, Paleo foods and feeling like a King. A King that has gone from having major joint pain, gut issues, rashes, and gluten sensitivities to one that can live pain-free once again.
How is this possible? When you shift what goes on your plate and into your body from a diet that consists of pro-inflammatory foods, to anti-inflammatory foods, your body makes that shift as well. Gluten, grains, soy, wheat, and sugar all can bother, irritate, and inflame the body, and that’s why Julian Bakery gears their Paleo goodness towards low-inflammatory, low-sugar, non-GMO, soy-free, gluten free foods!

This meal is one that fits that scenario just right… It has anti-inflammatory garlic and coconut oil, it’s loaded with low glycemic foods that won’t spike your blood sugar, and tons of organic proteins and veggies to keep you healthy! I was fully satiated until lunch time, no snacking needed, and I had a really nice lifting session just prior to lunch. Meals like this allow me to eat right, eat low carb, eat real, and feel real…. Good!! With an awesome Julian Bakery Paleo Wrap keeping everything in place, having just 4 net carbs per wrap, and only 70 calories too, I’m super stoked to keep them in my pantry! Meanwhile, no “bad” stuff; no gmo’s, no gluten, no soy, no dairy, no added salt… they just amazing, with coconut meat, coconut water, and extra virgin coconut oil, organic by the way!
