Scrambled Eggs Kale & Mushroom Over Paleo Bread

This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you ”Scrambled Eggs Kale & Mushroom over Paleo Bread.”  While I was making my mental list of what I wanted to eat this morning, I was undecided on which Paleo Bread to opt for.  So, I went with one of each; almond and coconut.  Yeah, I’m livin’ it up today!!!!  I start my scrambled eggs off with a few local eggs, organic of course, with a hefty dab of the one and only Paleo ButterPaleo Butter is rich in CLA, vitamins A, D, and K2, and tastes delicious.  If you haven’t tried it, you must give it a shot…. But I urge you to give it a sniff before you use it, and tell me that it doesn’t smell like one of the finest cheeses that you have ever come across.  My mouth is watering as I imagine that lovely scent, mmmmm……  And don’t worry, it’s made from grass-fed cows, did you think Julian Bakery would skimp on that?  No way Jose! 

While the eggs mesh with the Paleo Butter, I slowly add in my freshly washed kale and mushrooms, and then a little sea salt and pepper.  Then, our GMO-free, gluten and grain free Paleo Bread combo is in the toaster oven getting ready to merge with my protein and veggies….  It’s low in calories and carbs, high in fiber, protein and taste, and it’s available at www.JulianBakery.com/Paleo along with the Paleo Butter!

Ingredients:

• 2 slices Paleo Bread

• 3 eggs

• 1 teaspoon Paleo Butter

• Hand full of kale

• ¼ cup mushrooms

• Sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1)      Melt Paleo Butter in pan.

2)      Crack three eggs in pan and stir.

3)      Add kale and mushrooms, keep stirring.

4)      Add sea salt and pepper to taste.

5)      Toast Paleo Bread in toaster oven.

6)      Plate all when done.

7)      Add Paleo Macaroons on the side.

• 3 minutes

Cook Time:

• 10 minutes

Not only were my eggs on Paleo Bread phenomenal, but I decided to up the ante and include some Paleo Macaroons as a little treat, hey I’ve been a good boy!  But they aren’t bad for you, I swear!!!  Like Paleo Bread, the Paleo Macaroons are gluten and grain free, GMO free, sugar free, and only two net carbs.  Plus they last up to three months in the fridge, and up to three weeks in your pantry.  But I doubt they will make it, they are way too tasty to stick around that long!
