Sausage Egg & Cheese on Almond Paleo Bread

Healthy classics, that’s what I’m all about with this one!  This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you a “Sausage Egg & Cheese on Almond Paleo Bread.”   This morning I decide to make a killer sandwich, something that I haven’t had in ages…. Sausage Egg and Cheese!!!

Years ago it was on gluten-filled bread; probably the reason why I was always bloated, had pimples, and just didn’t feel right.  Nowadays, times have changes, we are learning, adapting, and moving into a positive direction.  Paleo Bread is made without grains, gluten, soy, or GMO’s, and allows me to feel great!  Anyone that is trying to eat Paleo should give it a shot if you crave bread… Anyone looking to simply avoid those nasties, or wanting to just eat right also should go for Paleo Bread.  And since it’s loaded with protein and fiber, you’ll be able to feel full, yet keep the calories and carbs low.  How low?  Just one net carb per slice!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a frying pan, add ½ TBSP coconut oil, heat up, and add sausage without casing.

  2. When sausage is close to being done, take another frying pan with 1 TBSP coconut oil, and cook eggs to your liking.

  3. Start toasting Almond Paleo Bread.

  4. When eggs and sausage are done, add sausage and cheese to eggs as you wish.

  5. Serve on Paleo Bread as a sandwich.

With all organic products such as local, free-range eggs, organic, nitrate-free sausage, and organic cheese, we have some solid ingredients to go in between our Paleo Bread.  And, the ingredients in the Paleo Bread are top notch too!  Purified water, blanched almond flour, organic coconut flour, egg whites, psyllium, organic apple cider vinegar, and baking soda.  If you have tried Paleo Bread in the past, and tried it recently, you also might have picked up on the fact that it’s softer, and more like the breads we enjoyed years ago.  The newer version is slightly modified, and I think it is an improvement.  According to some of the customer reviews that I’ve read on Julian Bakery’s Facebook page, some of you also agree with me!

So make sure you go to www.JulianBakery.com/Paleo – where you can stock up on your Paleo Bread, which can be kept in the fridge or freezer.  I personally use the freezer, carefully take a couple slices off when I want some, toast it up just like regular bread in my toaster oven, and wallah!!!!!!  Paleo Bread is served!  While you are there, make sure you poke around and try some new things…  You can’t go wrong as Julian Bakery offers only the best Paleo items all in one spot!  Thanks for checking out my morning Primal breakfast, with Paleo Bread!
