This recipe will send your taste buds into a tizzy… This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you “Red Onion & Kiwi Salmon on Paleo Bread.” I really do enjoy trying new food combinations! Even as a child I mixed and combined, dipped and dunked, tried all sorts of foods. I am thankful that I wasn’t ever a picky eater, and thus that quality gives me plenty of opportunities to try wild and crazy combinations. This may not seem too “out there” for some of you, but I’m sure there are some individuals thinking “Man is this guy off his rocker?” No comment, but as I just mentioned I love trying new things!
Today’s meal starts off with a quality protein; wild salmon. I make sure I get the freshest, best looking wild salmon around so that I get the best nutrition in my body. Next, I figure out what toppings I’m going with; red onion and fresh kiwi. I slice and dice, and decide that these items will make a great sweet and spicy combination for my meal. Then, I throw in some seasonings; garlic powder, black pepper, a little Himalayan Crystal Salt from Sunfood Super Foods, and a few dashes of that oh so wonderful Coconut Aminos from Coconut Secret!
And where is all this going? Well right inside a couple slices of some grilled up Coconut Paleo Bread of course! It’s the only bread that I will treat myself to. It’s the only bread that will stand up to the task of keeping someone in ketosis. It’s the only bread that works with my auto-immune condition. And, it’s the only bread that is GMO-free, soy-free, gluten and grain-free, but also yeast and dairy free as well!!

I’m a fan… Big time! The sweet kiwi combined with the spicy crunch of the red onion worked well together. And you gotta love a fantastic protein like the wild salmon, filled with great fats, good protein, and a nice flavor. I especially like how I can enjoy a sandwich using Paleo Bread while being Paleo. And, no bloating afterwards, no headache, no laying down on the couch, and meanwhile the calories and carbs and kept to a minimum. Plus with the 84 trace minerals that the Himalayan Salt provided, combined with more amino acids, vitamin C and broad spectrum of vitamin B from the Coconut Aminos, we have a hit! And you can’t forget all that extra flavor from both the salt and the aminos! That matters most!
