In less time than one could order at a fast-food joint, this meal comes together with a quickness… And, it avoids all of the junk that ordering out provides you! This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you a “Quick & Easy Smoked Salmon Paleo Wrap”. Not only does this meal take next to no time to assemble, it is also made with just a few simple, organic ingredients. That’s one of my “things”; less is more when it comes to food! When reading the ingredient labels, if it has a ton of ingredients, I try to find something with less. And that’s where Julian Bakery’s Paleo Wraps shine; two ingredients go into these bad boys! Organic and non-GMO coconut meat and coconut water. Two!!! That’s all folks!
So with a low carb and delicious Paleo Wrap, I’m taking some delicious smoked salmon (well I think it’s delicious, if you don’t, then grab some wild caught tuna, or even an organic deli meat of your choice), and I’m combining it with some other yummy stuff. Half an avocado gets spread atop my smoked salmon, more healthy fat, yay!! And finally, some black garlic! WHAT?!? Yeah that’s what I said, and I had to try it out…. If you aren’t finding it, then either skip it, try some roasted garlic, or slice up some scallions. Whichever you decide, keep it real, and keep it Paleo!
- 1 Paleo Wrap
- 2.5 oz smoked salmon
- ½ avocado
- 4 cloves black garlic
1) Add all items to Paleo Wrap as you prefer.
2) Wrap, and dig in!
Prep Time: 2 min
Cook Time: 0 min
Can you say “That was easy!”? Well it was! And it has only six net carbs, twenty-plus grams of protein, three-hundred and seventy calories, and less than seven grams of sugar! It’s tasty, filling, and I am getting my “sushi” fix! Plus, our black garlic cloves gave it a great flavor that cannot be duplicated, along with twice as many antioxidants as regular garlic as well as having probiotics!
