Primal Spinach Pepper & Egg Wrap

I’m lovin’ it! my Paleo Wraps!  Today I am bringing you a “Primal Spinach Pepper & Egg Wrap!”  I do, I truly do love these Paleo Wraps, and today I am going to double up!  That’s right, two Paleo Wraps, extra strong, extra tasty, extra crispy, and not many extra calories!  Since the Paleo Wrap is low in calories (just 70!), and low in carbs (only 4 net carbs), and made with all organic non-gmo ingredients (just two!  Coconut meat and coconut water!), I have no guilt or remorse for consuming two of them….  And combined with a few other Julian Bakery favorites of mine, this Primal Wrap is guaranteed to come out great!

I start this meal out with some Garlic Nuco Liquid Premium Coconut Oil in my pan, which is my go to coconut oil when cooking nowadays.  My biggest decision is which flavor do I  go with??  Garlic, Lemon Herb, or the Original???  Today I go garlic!  It’s a great choice because of its ease of use, and the fact that it’s non-gmo and fully organic.  Once warmed up, I crack in some eggs, and add my washed spinach and cut up bell pepper, with a minced clove of garlic too.  Next, I spice up my eggs just right, with a few dashes of Paleo Powder; an MSG-free and gluten-free spice blend that only takes a few sprinkles to go a long way.  Once everything is cooked up to my liking, I plate on my Paleo Wrap duo, and add in some kalamata olives, grape tomatoes, Sunfood Super Foods Fine Himalayan Crystal Salt and black pepper to taste… and finally I top it all with some fresh crumbled goat cheese.

Ingredients:

 Directions:

1)      Warm pan and add Nuco Liquid Premium Coconut Oil

3)      Add Paleo Powder to eggs

4)      When done, add eggs and veggies to Paleo Wrap

6)      Wrap, and enjoy!

Prep Time: 4 minutes

Cook Time: 7 minutes

Such a delicious breakfast, one that has lots of protein, fiber, healthy fats, not a ton of calories, and a boatload of taste to go along for the ride!  I really enjoyed the doubled up Paleo Wrap, it had more taste, more control, and no sog whatsoever.  As a foodie, I sometimes make the mistake of allowing my food to sit for too long, as I finish up my video blog, then take my plate to a nice spot, take a few great photos, and then finally bring my plate in to enjoy.  In those minutes, hot food, wet ingredients, and oils tend to moisten things up….  But not today!!!  Along with this hearty wrap, I enjoyed some Paleo Chocolate and a Primal Zero-Cookies Ginger Spice Cookie…. Hey, I am human!  But again, no guilt since they are low in just about everything except taste!  Julian Bakery does a fantastic job sourcing out the healthiest, most organic products, and offering you the best alternatives on the Paleo market!  This entire meal consisted of 743 calories, 24 net carbs, 22 grams of protein, and 9 grams of sugar.  That isn’t bad at all for a meal of this proportion, with tons of nutrition, flavor, healthy fats, and some dark chocolate too!  In case you didn’t know, dark chocolate is good for your heart since it improves blood flow… It’s good for your brain, lessening your chances for a stroke, because of that increased blood flow.  It’s full of antioxidants, it and it also assists in controlling blood sugar.  But we all know that a meal like this isn’t something that will spike your blood sugar in the first place.  It’s all low in sugar, low in carbs, and like most of Julian Bakery products, it’s low glycemic.  Oh, and when it comes to vitamins and minerals, Paleo Chocolate is packed with potassium, copper, magnesium, and iron too!  It is available in three awesome flavors, and available in a variety pack as well!
