Primal Ham Tomato & Egg Paleo Wrap By Julian Bakery

Since Julian Bakery came out with the latest Turmeric Paleo Wraps, I thought we had a thief in the house….  Seriously, where are all of my Julian Bakery’s Turmeric Paleo Wraps disappearing to?!??!?!  This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you a “Primal Ham Tomato & Egg Paleo Wrap By Julian Bakery”.  Come to find out, my wife, Rachel, has been enjoying them.  I can’t blame her, since they are equally as awesome as the original Paleo Wraps, but with much less coconut taste combined with the added anti-inflammatory benefits from turmeric.

This morning, Rachel whipped this healthy, low carb wrap option together, and I sacrificed yet another Turmeric Paleo Wrap to keep her happy.  Hey, a happy wife is a happy life!  So with the wrap, she sautéed up some Applegate organic ham, sliced tomato, scrambled in some pasture raised eggs, and added some healthy toppings as well.  Toppings like fresh parsley, avocado, and a terrific sea salt.  It’s a great low-carb option that keeps inflammation low, fills us up, keeps us full, and helps prevent the need for snacking.

  • Turmeric Paleo Wraps
  • 1 TBSP Paleo Butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 oz organic ham, cut into small pieces
  • 1/8 cup tomato, finely chopped
  • Pinch of fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Quantum Pink Salt & ground black pepper to taste
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 1/8 cup organic crumbled goat cheese


1)     Melt Paleo Butter, add in ham and tomatoes, and saute for a few minutes.

2)     Scramble in your eggs, add in parsley, season with sea salt and black pepper.

3)     When fully cooked, add to your Paleo Wrap and top with fresh avocado slices and crumbled goat cheese.

Prep Time:  3 min

Cook Time:  8 min

Serves: 1-2


What a delicious meal option; with a nice, rich and creamy combo from the avocado and goat cheese added to the scrambled eggs with organic ham and tomatoes, Rachel has just enjoyed an awesome breakfast.  All the while, she ate it with a wrap that has just 70 calories, only 4 net carbs, very little sugar, and no GMO’s, gluten, grains, soy, or starch.  And with no added salt, it’s another reason to add in a little bit of a healthy sea salt, like Quantum Pink Salt!  And since it was cooked up in Paleo Butter, a lovely French style ghee that has less inflammation due to more omega-3’s and less omega-6’s thanks to cows that ate what they are intended to eat: grass!  Healthy cows equal a healthy product, and a healthier you!  And, Paleo Butter is virtually lactose free, so if you battle with lactose issues, give Paleo Butter a shot!
