Power-Up Greens & Grass-Fed Beef Paleo Wrap

Seeing the “Power Up” greens mix that I incorporate into this delicious Paleo Wrap cracked me up, and made me think of the Super Mario Brothers as they gain strength from mushrooms….  Da Ding!!!  This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you a “Power-Up Greens & Grass-Fed Beef Paleo Wrap”.   If Mario and Luigi had powered up with something like what I’ve created today, they would have dominated the game that much faster!

With a mix of chard, baby spinach, and kale, this is a powerful mixture, boosting our bodies with vitamin A, vitamin K, folate and manganese.  Some grass-fed, antibiotic-free ground beef; which gives you two to six times more of a type of “good” fat called “omega-3 fatty acids, and less inflammation compared to grain-fed ground beef.  Meanwhile, I’m including onion, tomato, and great spices like garlic powder, oregano and cumin.  Plus a terrific blend of two sea salts from Quantum Nutrition Labs.  All of this engulfed in a Paleo Wrap from Julian Bakery, made with organic non-GMO coconut!  And since I’m sautéing with PrimalFat Coconut Ghee, I am ensuring that my body is getting plenty of short and medium chain fatty acids, from another grass-fed source!

How do you feel after eating a nutritious, low-carb meal that is loaded to the max with healthy foods such as this one?  Personally, I am rarin’ to go, as it gives me the power to make the most of my day.  I literally feel “the burn”, as my body now is in fat-burning mode.  You see, there are no grains, there’s no added sugar, and there isn’t any processed foods on my plate.  We’ve got plenty of healthy fats, a good amount of quality proteins, and veggies galore!!!  This equates to my body getting out of sugar-burning mode as it thrives on fat, and I am satiated for hours to come.  Honestly I can probably skip lunch and be absolutely fine until dinner, which is in about eight or nine hours.  My body, while in fat burning mode, will use some of my fat stores if it needs fuel.  How’s that for “Powering-Up”, Mario??  At least he was eating mushrooms!

So take a ride to Julian Bakery’s Oceanside or La Jolla, California locations, where they can give you the Paleo tour, showing you products from the low-carb and GMO-free Paleo Wraps, to the tasty Paleo Macaroons…. Or go online at www.JulianBakery.com/Paleo and check it out for yourself!   Thanks for checking out this Paleo meal, I hope you try it and enjoy it, and have a great day!
