Poached Paleo Eggs and Veggie Recipe

This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you ”Poached Paleo Eggs and Veggies.”  I’m always looking for something new to try, a new food combination to rave to my coworkers about… Here’s a great one to share!  I decided to make some poached eggs after seeing them on some food show on TV the other night, and it’s been a while since I’ve enjoyed them.  And the more and more I waited, the more and more I craved them on top of some Coconut Paleo Bread!  Nothing like having some organically raised eggs with a slice of organically made bread from Julian BakeryPaleo Bread is made from the best of the best ingredients like Purified Water, Organic Coconut Flour, Egg Whites, Psyllium, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, and Baking Soda.  And, it’s dairy free, yeast free, gluten and grain free, soy free, and GMO free, I don’t know of any other bread out there that can fall into a healthy category like this one…. And, it’s low in carbs and calories, and has protein, fiber, and healthy fats to keep you satiated for longer periods of time.  I’m currently in the process of going lower carb, trying to bump up my good fat intake, and force my body to burn fat constantly.  I’ve been feeling better and better, stronger and stronger….  And part of my daily intake includes Paleo Bread, which doesn’t bother me because each slice only has one net carb!

Not only were the healthy fats from the eggs and the Coconut Paleo Bread super tasty and filling, but the coconut oil added to that as well.  Oh, and it’s not your average coconut oil by the way…. It’s Nuco Liquid Premium Coconut Oil, a non-GMO, fully organic coconut oil that is liquid, meaning you can just pour it into your frying pan!  And, it comes in three different flavors, Original, Garlic, and Lemon Herb or Variety…. We have sampled them all, and they all work extremely well for keeping your food from sticking, as well as bringing a nice, clean, natural garlic or lemon herb flavor to your food.  Not to mention the ultra-benefits of coconut in place of other conventional methods.  My veggies tasted great with my poached eggs and Coconut Paleo Bread, and my morning was that much better!
