If you are looking for a delicious omelet with some great veggies, this wrap’s for you! This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you a ”Primal Spinach Mushroom & Avocado Wrap.” Ever since the Julian Bakery released the awesome Paleo Wrap I’ve been enjoying it left and right. This morning I decided to start my day off with some fresh baby spinach and mushrooms, along with some local eggs cooked in coconut oil. And not just any coconut oil, we have the garlic Nuco Liquid Premium Coconut Oil; which is non-GMO, organic, and pourable which equates to no mess and no fuss. Now that we’ve gotten some healthy Paleo ingredients in our frying pan, we’re gonna get Primal with some organic cheddar cheese (optional!). If you aren’t doing dairy, just skip it… But I do enjoy some quality, grass-fed dairy since I can tolerate it. Hey, we do go by “Primal4Life”, right?
Next, we lay this gorgeous omelet in a Paleo Wrap, which is low in calories and carbs, tastes great, has a little protein and fiber to keep you fuller longer, and is made from all natural and organic coconut. It also is strong and durable, and transportable! If you haven’t seen some of my other reviews on the Paleo Wrap, you need to see the different ways you can enjoy great meals in a wrap on the go. Take it with you in a briefcase to work, or in a cooler to the park… Kids love them, and parents approve!
