Paleo Wrap Fish Tacos Recipe

So my friend gave me some porgies, now what to do with them??  This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you “Paleo Fish Tacos.”  Who wouldn’t pass up some fresh caught fish?  I guess someone who doesn’t like seafood, but here in the Primal4Life household, I am definitely a fan.  I try to get my daughter to eat it for those healthy fats to supplement her growing brain.  Rachel isn’t much of a fan of seafood, but I do give her credit because she tries it at least!

After busting out my grill pan, I cooked the fish up with some Garlic Nuco Liquid Premium Coconut Oil; which is one of my favorite oils to cook with since it’s pourable, doesn’t have GMO’s, it’s organic, and that garlic taste is awesome.  I season the fish with the basics, fresh lemon juice, Himalayan Salt from Sunfood Super Foods and black pepper, and then let it cook up.

Meanwhile I get some fresh veggies out, like chopped onion, cilantro, and I chunk up some grape tomatoes… All should be a perfect topping with the mild fish.  But what would make this better?  Some creamy avocado and some awesome coconut flavor from Julian Bakery’s Paleo Wraps!  These are the best wraps ever!!!  Not only are they fully organic and lack GMO’s, but they are strong, portable, they last up to nine months without refrigeration, and they are the perfect way to eat low carb!  Just four net carbs per wrap, and only seventy calories too!

We all know the importance of fish, as they are a great source of omega-3’s and other fatty acids.  I highly recommend getting the best fish you can afford or source.  Not only will you notice a better taste, but wild caught is a smart choice over farmed.  Unless you know the farmed fish are coming from an organic farm and you know what the fish are eating, but most likely that’s a big “no”.  That’s the beauty of buying products from Julian Bakery; you know what you’re getting!  I know my Paleo Wraps are made with two organic ingredients.  I know my Nuco Coconut Oils are top notch, GMO free and are super healthy oils to cook with.  I know that the Sunfood Super Foods Fine Himalayan Crystal Salt is a million times better than table salt and will provide my body with minerals that it deserves… And I know combining these wonderful products with fresh veggies and wild caught fish is going to provide me with a great tasting, yet nutritious meal.

Julian Bakery is that place you can trust for the best Paleo products around.  Even if you aren’t Paleo, know that they offer you the finest ingredients without the ingredients that you cannot pronounce, and without the items that are detrimental to your health…  Go to www.JulianBakery.com/Paleo today to get the items used in this meal, and make sure you pick up a box of the Paleo Macaroons if you are looking for a delicious treat that you and the fam will love!  Thanks for stopping by!!!
