Paleo Sweet Salmon Avocado Sandwich

This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you a ”Sweet Salmon Avocado Sandwich.”  Since I had a few awesome ingredients kickin’ around I decided to make a tasty, yet nutritious breakfast using a few of my favorite Julian Bakery products.  Coconut Secret makes a few great items that work great with my healthy proteins and my fresh Paleo Bread, one of which I just got my hands on; Coconut Secret Coconut Nectar, which tastes great and seems to go on just about everything that I’m pouring it on.  And their Coconut Aminos have completely replaced soy in our household, tastes great and like the Coconut Secret Coconut Nectar it has a ton of amino acids and vitamins to help you get that extra edge.  So today’s breakfast starts off with some unrefined coconut oil in my frying pan, and a nice thick piece of wild salmon goes into the pan next.  Then I add about a teaspoon of the Coconut Aminos to the wild salmon, for some added flavor.  Next up, I get my coconut Paleo Bread out of the freezer, where it can stay fresh for three months, and I place a couple slices in my toaster oven.  Once the bread and the fish are cooked to my liking, I plate the bread and spread on some minced ginger for a little more flavor.  Then the fish goes on next, followed by some juicy avocado, and then I drizzle on the wonderful Coconut Nectar to complete this sandwich.  Don’t forget a little salt for the win!

What a great day to start my day!  A great source of protein from the salmon and the Paleo Bread™, some great amino acids from the fish and the Coconut Secret – Coconut Aminos and the Coconut Secret Coconut Nectar, and lots of healthy fats and anti-inflammatories from the avocado and the ginger….  Not to forget about taste!  This sandwich had a lot of everything; crunch, sweetness, smooth avocado, texture, it had it all!

For those of you who are looking for a great way to replace your soy, here you have it…. Coconut Aminos do the trick, bringing you a bunch of nutrients with it!  If you are looking to upgrade from that nasty Agave Nectar, Coconut Nectar is exactly what you need!  And if you are looking to either ditch your conventional (unhealthy) bread, or if you’ve been strict Paleo and would love to enjoy some bread again, Paleo Bread is where it’s at; without the GMO’s, grains, gluten, dairy, or soy, and also low in calories and carbs!  To get these products, make sure you surf on over to www.JulianBakery.com/Paleo and order safely and securely.  This is the place where I get all these products, and more!!!  Like the wonderful Paleo Macaroons, Paleo Granola, cookbooks galore, and the Ab Wheel to work hand in hand with my Paleo foods…

I hope you enjoyed this food blog, and if you decide to recreate this sweet and savory meal please let me know how you liked it!
