Paleo Salmon Spread Sandwich w/ Paleo Bread

I can’t get enough of the Julian Bakery’s Paleo Bread! Another meal, another sandwich. If you haven’t noticed, I love sandwiches. I also love the satisfied feeling without the crash afterwards that I was so accustomed to. Thank you Julian Bakery for supplying me with this fantastic bread! I haven’t had a salmon spread sandwich in quite some time. Once again, this was a pretty inexpensive and healthy lunch without the major calories or fat. I also would like to share with you some of the supplements I have been taking since starting this diet. First off, I needed to be cleansed from all of the junk food over the years in which the Sculpt n’ Cleanse is perfect for. It is not too harsh on my body yet it’s effective. Secondly, I needed to replace the good bacteria after removing the bad and the good while cleansing. So I chose the Quantum Probiotic Support to replenish the live bacteria cultures in my system. Lastly, I needed to make sure that all of my food was being digested properly so I chose the Quantum Digest enzyme supplement for this task.  Ingredients for Sandwich:

  • 2 slices of Coconut Paleo Bread, toasted
  • (1) 6oz. can of wild Alaskan salmon
  • 1 tsp. of dill
  • 3 tsp. of organic olive oil
  • ½ organic lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • ½ organic tomato, sliced
  • 1 leaf of organic Romaine lettuce

 Ingredients for Salad:

  • 1 bowl of Organic Spring Mix
  • Several organic grape tomatoes
  • ½ organic cucumber, sliced
  • 1 organic green onion, chopped
  • Bolthouse Farms™ Tropical Mango dressing

 Directions:

  1. In a small frying pan, toast 2 pieces of the Coconut Paleo Bread in coconut oil
  2. Mix can of salmon with dill, olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl(there will be left over spread if you only have one sandwich)
  3. Cut tomato and pull one leaf of lettuce, set aside
  4. Plate Paleo Bread, add salmon spread on slice
  5. Place tomato slices and lettuce on salmon spread
  6. Complete the sandwich
  7. For the salad, get a small to medium sized bowl
  8. Fill bowl with organic spring mix
  9. Cut organic cucumber and chop green onion and place onto salad
  10. Place organic grape tomatoes onto salad
  11. Top off with Tropical Mango dressing and enjoy!

Prep Time:

  • 5 minutes+

Cook Time:

  • 2-3 minutes

Serves:

  • 1 person (save extra salmon spread for another person or another meal)
