Paleo Protein Breakfast Smoothie

This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you a ”Paleo Breakfast Smoothie.”  Ever since I got my hands on the best protein powder around, I have been slimming down, and rippin’ up.  My muscles are getting protein powder from grass-fed cows, along with coming from a source that is GMO-free, hormone treatment-free, as well as pesticide and chemical-free.  I’m sure you’re really wondering who makes this ultra-high quality protein powder…  Well it’s from Julian Bakery, of course!  Paleo Protein (Variery Pack) comes in three flavors, original, vanilla, and chocolate, and I have been loving it ever since we were acquainted.  It is by far the smoothest protein shake I have ever had, and every other person that I share a sample with concurs…. 

So today’s smoothie starts off with the Original Flavor Paleo Protein, along with the best goji berries you can find…. At least they aren’t hard to find, they are in the same place that I got my protein powder, at Julian Bakery!  The Sun Foods Superfoods Goji Berries are the plumpest and tastiest goji’s around, and they are also non-GMO, and truly organic as well!  Next up is a spoon of the nuttiest nut-butters around, Paleo MeeNut Butter!  It’s a terrific blend of four different nuts; Almonds, Walnuts, Pecans, Macadamia Nuts, as well as some Flax Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Pure Vanilla Extract, and Sea Salt.  It tastes great and has tons of healthy fats for my morning Paleo Breakfast Smoothie!  Along with those items, we have some healthy fruit, veggies and spices (kale, carrot, garlic clove, celery, banana, ginger), as well as hemp milk and coconut water.  I’m curious to see how this one tastes, so let’s see how this blends up!


• 1 scoop Paleo Powder – Original Flavor

• 3 tsp Paleo MeeNut Butter

• 2 tablespoons Goji Berries

• ½ cup coconut water

• ½ cup hemp milk

• large handful of kale

• large chunk of fresh ginger

• small clove garlic

• 1 celery stalk

• 1 carrot

• ½ banana


1)      Add all items into blender

2)      Blend

3)      Pour

 Prep Time:

• 3 minutes

Cook Time:

• 30 seconds

The spice from the ginger was quite strong, but I love that…. Invigorating would be a great way to describe this smoothie.  And with all of those great, nutritious fruits and veggies, combined with the items from Julian Bakery’s Paleo section, we have a powerhouse of a smoothie.   With healthy fats from the MeeNut Butter, amino acids and probiotics from the Paleo Protein, and antioxidants, vitamins, minerals from the Goji Berries, this smoothie is no joke.
