“Paleo Marinated T-Bone and Veggies.” Beef, it’s what’s for breakfast! Better yet, beef marinated in Caveman Bob’s Paleo BBQ Sauce – Smoked Apple is what’s for breakfast! I picked up a beautiful piece of grass-fed T-Bone yesterday at our local farmer’s market… On the ride home I was envisioning this wonderful protein soaking up all of the flavors from the Paleo BBQ Sauce, not to forget about that awesome natural hickory smoke. About twenty hours later, my thoughts became reality. I happened to pick up some of the Paleo BBQ Sauce from Julian Bakery in a recent order, and had just enough left for this meal. So this morning, I decided to go for a ten-mile bike ride, and was drooling just thinking about this marinated T-Bone almost the whole way! What’s the first thing that I did when I got back from my ride? You guessed it, fired up the grill!!!
The Paleo BBQ Sauce has no added sugar, and only has one gram of sugar for two tablespoons. When it comes to ingredients, nothing but the healthiest… It’s made with all natural and healthy ingredients; Tomato Puree (Tomatoes, Water), Apple Puree (Apples, Water), Water, Apple Cider Vinegar, Dijon Mustard (Water, Mustard Seed, Salt, Wine, Vitamin C, Spices), Natural Hickory Smoke Flavor (Water filtered through smoke from burning hickory wood chips), Spices, Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Usually I opt for Paleo Protein as my post-workout meal, but today’s marinated T-Bone was pretty amazing and did the job. Such a nice flavor from that Paleo BBQ Sauce, and combined with a slice of almond Paleo Bread and some steamed veggies, this entire meal was super nutritious and low in carbs as well! I really liked how the veggies came out, a teaspoon of turmeric for color, taste, and anti-inflammatory properties went a long way. And the almond Paleo Bread grilled up is one of my favorite ways to get some added flavor in there too!
So make sure you go to www.JulianBakery.com/Paleo for the Paleo BBQ Sauce and the Paleo Bread. And if I may make an additional suggestion, I would order up some Paleo Chocolate and Paleo Macaroons as well. I recently melted some of the Paleo Chocolate in a pan and made Chocolate Covered Paleo Macaroons, which were simply amazing!! A must try!!! Thanks for stopping by to check out my Paleo food blog, and I hope you enjoy trying Caveman Bob’s Paleo BBQ Sauce – Smoked Apple.
