I’m a pepper, he’s a pepper, she’s a pepper, we’re a pepper, wouldn’t you like to be a pepper too? This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you a ”Spinach Pepper Egg Scramble & Paleo Bread”. This meal is a far cry from a Dr. Pepper soda, but the song popped into my head as I started this Paleo post… Peppers have a great taste, and they vary so much. You got the super spicy ones, some medium heat peppers with a nice flavor, and you have mild and sweet. Today’s breakfast idea is based on some nice, mild bell peppers, which go into my pan with some Paleo Butter to get fryin’. Why Paleo Butter? Well, for starters, it has a pretty cool logo on it! The cave-art is neat and if I were in a store I’d reach for Paleo Butter over some plain old ghee. But once you pick up thejar and start reading, you’d see that this French-Style Ghee comes from grass-fed cows’ cream, which is hugely important to me! It goes way beyond a cool logo, folks! They call it “Paleo Butter” because of its high concentrations of CLA Tonalin, Vitamin A, Vitamin K2, and Vitamin D. The cream is first cultured in a traditional French method and then clarified to remove any remaining lactose and dairy solids. So if you have any issues with dairy, this might be your ticket! The flavor is rich and perfect for all sorts of cooking, as well as adding flavor. Paleo Butter is shipped in a vacuum sealed 8 ounce (1/2 Pound) jar. It doesn’t require refrigeration and it should last for 6 or more months at room temperature. Once the peppers have been somewhat cooked up, I add in my spinach and three local eggs, and mix ‘em up! A little black pepper and Himalayan Salt adds a little flavor and nutrition… Yeah, nutrition because this Sunfood Super Food Himalayan Salt is no joke. It has 84 trace minerals that our body needs, and you ain’t gonna get in regular table salt. So why not just make the switch? Small changes, remember?

That wasn’t so hard, now was it? A few simple items from Julian Bakery and this meal popped with nutrition! Paleo Butter and the Sunfood Superfoods Himalayan Salt bring vitamins, minerals, nutrients, and more to your plate which you would not have gotten with your typical off the shelf butter and table salt. And this is why I constantly check www.JulianBakery.com/Paleo for the latest additions, which happen quite often! These guys must have an open mind and a team of researchers looking up the best products that will improve our health. I mean seriously, take a look at what they offer in that Paleo section; Coconut Aminos instead of soy, Coconut Nectar instead of agave nectar, Paleo Chocolate – one of the highest quality dark chocolates you can find, Paleo Protein – Grass Fed Whey Protein – seriously!
It doesn’t stop there, and since this meal included Paleo Bread to finish things off, let’s chat about that wonderful product that started it all for us Paleo Peeps. Paleo Bread comes in two flavors; coconut and almond. I couldn’t decide, so I toasted up both! They are soy free, GMO-free, grain and gluten free, dairy free, starch free… Not to forget about being low in carbs and calories! And you’re probably thinking “Then what does it have??” It has protein, fiber, and it’s made with all natural ingredients like egg whites, apple cider vinegar, coconut and/or almond flour, and purified water. Your off-the-shelf Wonder Bread doesn’t hold a candle to it, and your body will appreciate it. And due to those ingredients, there’s no insulin spike and less inflammation…. THAT’S Paleo!
