This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you ”Bok Choy and Beef over Miracle Noodles.” This evening, my wife put our crock pot to full use…. I arrived at home after a hard day’s work, and couldn’t believe my eyes, and nose! She made a wonderful meal, with the help of a few Julian Bakery products, along with some fresh local products as well. Ever since we spotted that awesome Paleo section that Julian Bakery has been cookin’ up, we have been enjoying some major Paleo feasts! This recipe includes some of our favorites, like that incredible Paleo Butter, rich in vitamins like A, D, and K2, and from Grass-Fed cows. It spreads on our Paleo Bread™ ever so nicely, and works great in meals, just like this one! Next up, we have our Coconut Aminos, which I am ultra thankful for since it was the easiest way to replace soy. Actually it was quite the upgrade from soy, since the Coconut Aminos have a ton more nutrients, like amino acids, plus its Non-GMO and gluten and dairy free! And finally, we used some Miracle Noodles Fettuccini in this recipe, cause being Italian makes it really tough to never ever have pasta again! Except with Miracle Noodles, we are getting some nutritious pasta from shiritaki, also zero calories and zero carbohydrates. Plus its sugar, starch, soy, gluten, and wheat free! Finally, we finish our meal with a healthy slice of almond Paleo Bread, and like the other products, this one is also all natural, GMO free, gluten and grain free, dairy free, soy free, and tastes great! Especially with some Paleo Butter melted onto it to bring out some of that almond flavor.
• 1.5 lb flank steak, cut into inch-thick pieces and kept long
• 1 tbsp Paleo Butter
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 onion, sliced
• 2 tbsp grated ginger
• ½ cup beef broth
• 2 tbsp sesame oil
• ¼ cup Coconut Aminos
• 6 cups bok choy, cut into 1-inch pieces
• 1 slice Paleo Bread™
• 2 scallions, chopped
1) Sear beef on all sides in a pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes and then place in the crock pot
2) Add the Paleo Butter to the pan and sauté onions for 5 minutes until translucent
3) Add the garlic and cook another 3 minutes until fragrant
4) Place this and the next four ingredients into the crock pot.
5) Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
6) Salt and pepper to taste, and serve over Miracle Noodle Fettuccini
8) Finally, top dish with scallions

• 4-6 hours
We really need to make a scratch-n-sniff for the internet, because I seriously wish you could smell this delicious recipe through your computer! It had great flavor, the flank stead fell apart with your fork, the Miracle Noodles Fettuccini allowed me to enjoy pasta once again and the Paleo Bread™ allowed me to have my side of toast. This time though, my meal is waaaay more nutritious because of the ingredients, how they were made, what was “left out” of my foods… It’s the Paleo way, brought to you via Julian Bakery and their oh so wonderful Paleo lineup.
