Paleo Bread Low Carb French Toast

In the mood for French Toast?  I was!!!  Find out how I keep carbs and sugars to a minimum, thanks to Julian Bakery!  This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you “Paleo Bread French Toast”.  Today begins with an urge, and urge for French Toast!  I haven’t had it in a while, and since my body is craving it, I’m giving in… Especially since we keep Paleo Bread on hand at all times, frozen and ready for action.  It stays well in the freezer for months, if it makes it that long!  And honestly, the more I toast it, the more I love it!  Since it’s made without all of the “bad stuff” that us health-fanatics are trying to stay away from, along with being low in carbs, sugar, and even calories, it’s the perfect bread!

Yes, Paleo Bread doesn’t have GMO’s, gluten, grains, soy, dairy, yeast, starch, and comes in coconut and almond!  Both coconut and almond keep blood sugar levels stable, especially when compared to traditional flours, like wheat.  What’s the big deal about stable blood sugar?  Well, inflammation goes up when insulin


 and blood sugar levels arise, and where there’s inflammation, there’s problems.  Too much inflammation can lead to sickness, cholesterol is a sign of inflammation, and diabetes is related to too much sugar as well.  Let’s keep those levels stable, with a healthy product like Paleo Bread!



1)      Defrost Paleo Bread in toaster oven until slices just start to brown.

2)      In a bowl, whisk eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. 

3)      Dip Paleo Bread in batter, then transfer Paleo Bread to warm pan with melted Paleo Butter.

4)      Allow to slightly brown, about 4 minutes, then flip.  Cook for another 4 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.

5)      Plate, and top with Nature’s Hollow Sugar Free Maple Syrup.
