If you were a cinnamon raisin bread fan in your younger years like I was, you’ll be thrilled to see what Julian Bakery is testing out these days… This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you “Cinnamon Raisin Paleo Bread”. Even if you weren’t obsessed with cinnamon raisin bread like I was, it doesn’t mean you can’t be, or won’t be now!! Especially once you give Julian Bakery’s Cinnamon Raisin Paleo Bread a shot!
I had the luxury of sampling Julian Bakery’s next prototype, and let’s just say I was more than amazed. Just the scent that filled our kitchen when toasting up these bad boys was enough to get everyone’s attention. And since I always keep my house stocked with Paleo goodies, like Paleo Butter, Nuco Liquid Premium Coconut Oil, Nutiva Coconut Manna, and even Paleo MeeNut Butter, I was able to put my Cinnamon Raisin Paleo Bread through the ringer!! I tested it every which way that I could, and it was delicious no matter what!
Each bite was filled with a very real taste of cinnamon, nothing fake about it… Not overdone, just right! The raisins were the icing on the cake, and I loved every one that I got to munch on! When it comes to ingredients, I cannot tell a lie… I don’t know! But what I can assure you is that Julian Bakery is sticking to their guns, keeping with their healthy traditions, and I seriously doubt they are going to add in GMO’s, gluten, grains, soy, dairy, or anything like that. I’m going to bet that they will keep the Cinnamon Raisin Paleo Bread low in carbs, low in calories, low in sugar, and rich in fiber to keep you feeling fully satiated. Just like the ingredients in Julian Bakery’s almond and coconut Paleo Breads, the Cinnamon Raisin Paleo Bread will continue to carry the torch and keep things as healthy as possible.
Personally, I enjoyed the combination of the Original Nuco Liquid Premium Coconut Oil on my slice of Cinnamon Raisin Paleo Bread. Perhaps I’m crazy for coconuts, or maybe I just have good taste. The Paleo MeeNut Butter was a very thick and rich way to enjoy this bread…. Paleo Butter worked too! And Coconut Manna, yup, I liked that as well. Wow, it seems like the Cinnamon Raisin Paleo Bread is almost as versatile as the traditional Paleo Breads! Good to know!
So be on the lookout for the Cinnamon Raisin Paleo Bread, hopefully coming soon at www.PaleoBread.com and/or www.JulianBakery.com/Paleo. If you happen to have the luxury of going to their stores in Oceanside and La Jolla California, ask them for a sample! If they can toast up some for you, you’ll be in luck, and in heaven! Low carb heaven that is!!
Thanks for taking a moment to check my blog reviewing the Cinnamon Raisin Paleo Bread prototype! I hope it amps you up to try some out soon, and hopefully you’ll get to do just that! Until next time….
