This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you a ”Paleo BBQ Beefwich.” When was the last time you had a Sloppy Joe? Or a Pulled-Pork Sandwich? It’s been forever and then some for me….. Well, this meal right here is dang close! I came home to the kitchen smelling like Texas, and I couldn’t wait to chow down! I noticed Rachel had one of the newest cookbooks that we got from Julian Bakery with our order of Paleo Bread; Paleo Indulgences… It’s been a blessing to have this wonderful resource available to us, because it is packed with awesome recipes, and this meal right here is definitely one of the best ones we’ve enjoyed thus far. I decided to enjoy this meal, originally titled “Slow-Cooker BBQ Beef”, in between two tasty slices of the best bread around: Paleo Bread! I went with the almond flavor, which is low in carbs and calories for those of you looking up slim up… And for those of you looking for the cleanest slices of bread around, this is also something you should look into, as its GMO-free, soy-free, dairy-free, gluten and grain-free, but definitely not taste free! So let’s see how this “Paleo BBQ Beefwich” was made before it was merged between my almond Paleo Bread, shall we?
• 3-5 lbs organic grass-fed beef chuck roast
• 1 15oz can tomato sauce
• 1 6oz can tomato paste

2) Place all the sauce ingredients in a medium bowl and stir well to combine.
3) Pour the sauce over the roast.
4) Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or until meat falls apart easily.
5) Shred beef in the pot using two forks.
6) Toast Paleo Bread
7) Serve beef in between Paleo Bread
• 10 minutes
• 6-8 hours
• 4-6 servings
You gotta love slow cooked beef, especially when combined with excellent products like Coconut Aminos, Coconut Nectar and Paleo Bread! This beef tasted similar to pulled pork, but in a sandwich, which I have sooooo missed. Ever since Paleo Bread and Julian Bakery came into our lives, we have been able to relive classic meals, and even make our own meals into awesome sandwiches… Who would’ve thunk it? Not me, with my autoimmune issues, I thought my sandwich days were over! So for any of you Paleo-folk out there thinking your sandwich days were over, think again. Actually don’t think at all, just order up some Paleo Bread, and get Paleo Indulgences while you’re at it if you really want to take Paleo to another level!
