“Pal-E-Asian Glazed Chicken” Sometimes the best recipes are just “whipped” together, Rachel happened to do just that! She started off wanting to make a glaze for our chicken dinner, and picked up a few of our trusty ingredients that we frequent via Julian Bakery.
Rachel started this glaze off with two tablespoons of Paleo MeeNut Butter, which is a delicious and creamy blend of four healthy nuts, no sugars, and lots of great taste. Then she adds a tablespoon of Coconut Secret – Coconut Aminos, a great upgrade from soy, giving us a ton of benefit without the jacking up of estrogen. What benefit? Let’s see, amino acids, B-vitamins, Serine, Aspartic Acid, and Glutamic Acid, just to name a few! One tablespoon of Y.S. Eco Bee Farms Organic Certified Raw Honey, which is pesticide, herbicide, and pollutant free, as well as being harvested by healthy bees from a healthy environment. Finally a couple cloves of minced garlic and a chopped scallion go into the mix! Stir it up, and spread this glaze onto your chicken. We had about a pound and a half of chicken, and had enough to add another coat twenty minutes into the cooking process.
