Organic Pork Sausage & Egg On Paleo Bread™

This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you ”Pork Sausage & Egg with Fennel and Onions.”  Looking through the fridge to gather up some breakfast ideas, sometimes I like to start off checking out what veggies we have.  Today, I stumble on some fennel and onions, and I am thinking they will go great together…. Especially with some pork sausage and eggs that I picked up from the local Farmer’s Market, and my one and only Paleo Bread from Julian Bakery!  All ingredients in this sandwich are fresh, all natural, and yes even that Paleo Bread!  Its gluten and grain free, non-GMO, low in carbs and calories, and packed with fiber and healthy fats from almonds to keep you fuller longer.  I decide to finely chop my veggies, and start cooking up that pork sausage, meanwhile the almond Paleo Bread also goes on my frying pan to get warmed up.

• 1 egg

• 2 slices almond Paleo Bread™

• Nitrate free pork sausage

• ¼ cup chopped onion

• ¼ cup chopped fennel

• salt and pepper to taste

1)      Mix fennel and onions into pork

2)      Place pork on frying pan and start to cook.

3)      Place Paleo Bread™ on frying pan and start to cook.

4)      When both are near completion, crack egg and cook.

5)      When all ingredients are done, season with salt and pepper.

Sometimes there’s nothing healthier than getting your food from the local farm, or even growing your own food in a garden.  These veggies were so fresh and tasty, and the pork was delicious…. And while those items are super fresh, there’s nothing better than a fresh loaf of Paleo Bread™ to go with those great ingredients.  It lasts for up to three months in the freezer, or a week in the fridge, and you can made it several ways.  One of my favorite methods is in my grill pan, but the toaster oven is a great option as well.  However you like to make it, just remember to keep the other ingredients just as healthy so the Paleo Bread feels at home, where it should be!

I hope you enjoyed seeing/reading this meal come together, and remember to get your Paleo Bread online at – and make sure you stock up on all of your other Paleo needs, like Paleo Butter, Paleo Macaroons, cookbooks, and the delicious and super easy to make Miracle Rice and Miracle Noodles!
