This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you an ”Omelet, Toast & Sweet Potato with Paleo Butter.” This morning I had a craving for a variety of healthy, nutritious foods. Since we went food shopping yesterday, I had a good selection to choose from; like fresh kale, different types of sweet potatoes, and fresh eggs…. But a couple staples of mine that I always have stocked and ready to go are on stand-by, like my trusty Paleo Bread and Paleo Butter! I love this stuff, they both taste so good, and they are also both very good for you! With healthy fats, protein and fiber in the Paleo Bread, along with more healthy fats, CLA, vitamin A, D, and K2 in the Paleo Butter, Julian Bakery really packs a punch with their line-up of healthy foods! Plus, all of their items are as clean as can be, their Paleo Bread is Non-GMO, dairy and gluten free, and even soy free! The Paleo Butter is made from grass-fed cows, and because of how it is made, it is free of any remaining lactose and dairy solids.
• Coconut oil to fry eggs
• 3 eggs
• 1 slice coconut Paleo Bread™
• Paleo Butter

• Salt and pepper to taste
1) Heat pan, and add coconut oil
2) Add sweet potato to microwave for approximately 7 minutes
3) When coconut oil is melted, add eggs, kale, seeds, and garlic, and cook to your liking
4) Cook Paleo Bread™ to your liking
5) When toast, sweet potato, and eggs are done, plate.
6) Salt & pepper to taste

• 10 minutes
Today, Paleo Butter certainly made everything better! With this trio of healthy items, topped with a ghee from grass-fed cows, it was a nutritious breakfast that definitely tasted great! My Paleo Bread™ came out nice and crispy, yet softened slightly with the Paleo Butter. And the flavor that it added to my sweet potato and eggs is unexplainable, you just need to try it!
Paleo Butter is available through Julian Bakery, along with the Paleo Bread and many other fine Paleo items. Paleo Butter comes vacuum sealed, does not require refrigeration, and lasts around six months at room temperature! Paleo Bread can be refrigerated or frozen, and lasts around four months in the freezer! So make sure you go to www.JulianBakery.com/Paleo and check both items out, and make sure you pick up some cookbooks and Paleo Macaroons to inspire you to come up with some amazing Paleo creations!
I hope you thoroughly enjoyed this food blog, with items from Julian Bakery. My name is Dan, and I hope you come back to see more healthy and incredibly tasty meals!
