Mountain Berry & Bacon Paleo Waffles Recipe

So I was sifting through my pantry this morning and found a new Paleo item that I picked up at Julian Bakery’s Oceanside location while recently vacationing in San Diego….  Now it’s time to sweeten things up a little!  This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you “Mountain Berry & Bacon Paleo Waffles”.  What’s sugar-free, sweetens anything you put it on, and strengthens your teeth at the same time?   Just about any of the Nature’s Hollow products!  And you can get them through Julian Bakery!  Today I have cracked open their Sugar-Free Mountain Berry Preserves to team up with my bacon and Paleo Waffle to make an insanely good, but still healthy low-carb gluten-free combo!

Made with raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and blueberries, this jam is serious business.  It is sweet, rich, and slightly tart.  Yet, you will not regret it because it’s made sugar-free, thanks to Xylitol.  Xylitol has been around for years, it wasn’t recently developed without research in some teenager’s basement…  It’s proven.  Proven to strengthen teeth, kill bacteria, can help your gut, your gums, and lots more.  And this is why Nature’s Hollow has been successful by adding it to their wonderful products.

A couple tablespoons of the Nature’s Hollow Sugar-Free Mountain Berry Preserves, a couple strips of nitrate-free organic bacon, some Paleo Waffles, and my morning is already lookin’ good!  This is a very low-carb, yet filling meal, while being uber-scrumptious!  It’s got that sweet and tart thing goin’ on, yet no GMO’s, no gluten, no grains, no soy and no dairy!  Each half of a Paleo Waffle has just a hundred-eighty calories, and is packed with ten grams of protein and a good amount of fiber, in case you were wondering.
