Low Carb Grassfed Beef Egg Scramble w/Paleo Bread

 I wanted to share another heavenly breakfast recipe that I made with organic Grassfed Beef and Paleo Bread™ – Almond variety. Historically, Christmastime is crazy around our house and this year was no exception. So it was really helpful to have a meal that was easily put together and yet so savory. This Paleo diet has been such a blessing to me with the loss of the weight and the extra energy that I can barely contain myself. I can’t wait to include my family in this lifestyle. I wanted to be able to test and experiment with the outcome before getting them onboard. So far, my wife especially, is seeing the positive results. As far as my pain goes; I have had some minor pain recently but nowhere near what it was for years. I would love to attribute it to this massive lifestyle change or maybe the low carb food intake but who knows as of yet. Stay tuned to find out where this all leads. I will be implementing a workout routine here shortly, along with more and more supplements which I will be purchasing from the Julian Bakery, of course. Without further ado, let’s get to the breakfast!

  • 1 slice of Paleo Bread™ – Almond Or Coconut variety
  • ¼ lb. ground grassfed beef
  • 4 organic eggs
  • Dash of Paleo Powder
  • ½ organic red bell pepper, chopped
  • ¼ organic red onion, chopped
  • ½ tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ organic avocado, sliced
  • ½ cup organic cilantro
  • 2 organic green onions, sliced 


  1. Cook ground grassfed beef in medium skillet over medium heat until thoroughly cooked, add dash of Paleo Powder
  2. Cut bell pepper and red onion, sauté in medium skillet in coconut oil until soft
  3. Slice avocado and green onions, cut cilantro
  4. Add eggs to skillet with bell pepper and onions
  5. Plate cooked beef, top with cooked egg mixture
  6. Garnish with avocado, green onions, and cilantro
  7. Toast Almond Paleo Bread, plate and enjoy!

  • 10 minutes+
