Julian Bakery’s Primal GF Breakfast Sandwich Recipe

This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you a ”Broccoli Eggs and Goat Cheese Breakfast Sandwich.”  Oh Paleo Bread, Paleo Bread, wherefore art thou Paleo Bread…  “Paleo Bread is in the freezer Dad!”  This morning’s breakfast idea started off with “what can I put in between these two slices of coconut Paleo Bread that I have been craving?”  Well, I have laid off the dairy for a while, and today I decided to reintroduce some organic goat cheese to see how I feel.  I know it’ll taste good, but it’s all about how you feel…  That’s why I enjoy Paleo Bread, cause I feel just fine after eating it, unlike any other bread that I have ever come across.  Since it’s made with organic ingredients like coconut flour, egg whites, apple cider vinegar, I know its gluten and grain free, GMO and soy free, and tastes great!!  So I start making an omelet with two local eggs, some broccoli, and my goat cheese…..  Coconut Paleo Bread is in the toaster oven, and I cannot wait to take a bite.  And it’s my lucky day!  I got the end slice from that awesome loaf of coconut Paleo Bread as well…

Ingredients:

• 2 teaspoons coconut oil

• 2 slices coconut Paleo Bread

• 2 eggs

• ¼ cup broccoli

• 1/8th cup organic goat cheese crumbles

• Sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1)      In a pan with water, boil frozen broccoli

2)      In a separate frying pan, melt coconut oil

3)      Crack eggs in frying pan and add broccoli when done

4)      Add Paleo Bread to toaster oven

5)      Add goat cheese crumbles to eggs/broccoli

6)      Add sea salt and pepper to taste

7)      Plate all when done.

Prep Time:

• 5 minutes

Cook Time:

• 10 minutes

Serves:

• 1

I totally missed that creamy goat cheese with my omelets, so glad I have decided to reintroduce it with my morning Paleo Bread breakfast sandwich…  And lucky two hours after eating and enjoying it, I’m glad to announce I had no GI issues from the cheese, and it’s a no brainer that I would have no issues from the Paleo Bread.  As mentioned before, it’s the only bread that I approve of for someone on an autoimmune plan, or for anyone on a Paleo plan.  It tastes great, it lasts up to three months in the freezer, and it will not give you any side effects!
