BAM! Let’s do this one with some fresh garlic!! “Julian Bakery Paleo Bread Primal Garlic Bread.” As a kid I worked in an Italian restaurant…. Learned lots, made some good money, and fell in love with garlic bread. Especially with a nice slice of mozzarella melted on top! Times have changed, especially for me since going Paleo/Primal! I haven’t really had the opportunity to have bread in general, so the garlic bread and I have lost touch. Thanks Julian Bakery for making this possible again!
Since Paleo Bread hit the scene, I’ve been rekindling those lost relationships with foods that I so missed…. And today, the garlic bread and I are bonding once again. I opt for the coconut Paleo Bread, since it’s nice and light, figuring it’ll allow the garlic to really stand out. Add some fresh garlic cloves, a little organic mozzarella cheese, and a dab of Paleo Butter to really make this one shine.
In conjunction with the “Paleo Bread Primal Garlic Bread”, I decide to make some eggs, cooked up with baby spinach, Garlic Nuco Liquid Premium Coconut Oil, and finished it off with some black pepper and some Quantum Pink Salt.

The garlic really did work perfectly with the coconut Paleo Bread… And that dab of Paleo Butter, oh my…. This was simple to make, yet very effective in taste with loads of flavor! Plus it lacked excessive calories and carbs that we are all trying to avoid these days. Coconut Paleo Bread has only 35 calories per slice, just 1 net carb, and 5 grams of fiber to keep you feeling full while keeping those carbs and cal’s low… Plus, it’s free of grains, gluten, soy, and even GMO’s!! Win win!!!
When it comes to what we’re putting on our Paleo Bread, I’m keeping it clean as well… From the organic Mozzarella, to the fresh garlic, to the Quantum Pink Salt which provides us with trace minerals and great taste from a blend of two tasty and healthy salts… And that Paleo Butter which I love so much! It comes from grass-fed cows, it’s virtually lactose free if you are looking for butter sans lactose, and it has the hard to get vitamin K2, along with vitamins A and D as well. All of these wonderful products are available at www.JulianBakery.com/Paleo so that you too can make a great low carb garlic bread with the cheese of your choice.
So if you are looking for a gluten-free low carb option, with tons of taste; look no further! Check out Julian Bakery and their Paleo site where you can get these awesome items, and rekindle those lost meals that you have been missing out on!
