This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you another Julian Bakery dish ”Kid’s Carb-Zero Breakfast Sandwich with side of MeeNut Butter.” I love it when my daughter gets in the mood to put her breakfast together; at age five that really makes me feel like I’m doing a good job at showing her the way. But when she asks to make something healthy, then I really get thrilled over how we are doing as parents. Today, she asked me help her make a breakfast sandwich and she wanted an egg, cheese and ham. I’m good with that, but what bread it’s going to be on is what also matters to me…. She asked for Julian Bakery’s Carb Zero bread, so there’s no need for me to worry! I trust that she is getting a healthy bread that is gluten free, yeast free, sugar free, soy free, and dairy free! Now don’t get me wrong, I know my daughter is active and needs her carbs, but I’d prefer those coming from something healthy, and not from typical cheap processed grains that other breads contain. She also loves the cinnamon Carb Zero as well, but both are a great choice for anyone looking to eat healthy. It’s made with great ingredients, consisting of Purified Water, Organic Gluten Free Oat Fiber, Egg Whites, Psyllium, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, and Baking Soda. So let’s see how Ali decided to have her breakfast sandwich today with her slice of Carb Zero.
• Coconut oil to fry eggs
• 1 egg
• 1 slice Carb Zero bread
• 1 cheese stick sliced up
• 1 slice nitrate free organic ham
• Salt to taste
1) Cook Carb Zero bread to your liking
2) Heat pan, and add coconut oil
3) When coconut oil is melted, add egg and cook to your liking.
4) When toast is done, plate, and top with ham, then cheese strips, then egg.
5) Add salt to taste
6) Add a scoop of Paleo MeeNut Butter on the side

Yup, you read that right…. While we were midway with the cooking process, Ali decided she wanted to make this kid’s breakfast that much healthier…. And added a nice scoop of Paleo MeeNut Butter to her dish! I think that is a great way to add in some healthy fats, and to enjoy a Nut Butter that does not have peanuts, sugars, even honey or maple syrup! It has a nice sweet taste, and a wonderful texture, that apparently even kids love! Plus, it’s made with locally sourced quality ingredients; Almonds, Walnuts, Pecans, Macadamia Nuts, Contains 2% or less of: Flax Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Pure Vanilla Extract, Sea Salt.
Ever since Julian Bakery came into the scene, we have been able to enjoy healthy meals, and stay on track with eating right and being healthy. I am so glad that my daughter has also taken a liking to Julian Bakery products, because there’s nothing worse than trying to force a healthy product onto your child’s plate when they don’t want it! Today, she got a healthy slice of Carb Zero bread, a locally raised egg, a healthy piece of ham, an organic piece of cheese, and not one, not two, not three…. But a mix of four different nuts in the super tasty Paleo MeeNut Butter. And just because you aren’t doing the Paleo diet or lifestyle doesn’t mean you cannot enjoy this nut butter.
