This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you “Hardboiled Eggs on Toast.” Woke up starving, but yet the girls want to go out for breakfast…. And they are still in bed!!!!! What to do, what to do…. Well, I can’t wait any longer, and need something healthy and light to hold me over. So I start off with a slice of almond Paleo Bread made by Julian Bakery. Its low in carbs, calories, and lacks GMO’s, grains, gluten, and soy, but still tastes great. And, it’s got healthy fats, protein and fiber to keep you satiated for longer periods of time. After kicking off my toast in my toaster oven, I decide to grab a hardboiled egg. We usually made half a dozen or so and store them in the fridge for the week, as a healthy snack. I peel the shell off the egg, and get it ready, along with half an avocado, some shredded cabbage, salt and pepper, and some Paleo Powder to finish this one off right.
Once the toast is complete, I assemble this healthy snack option, with a nice dusting of the Paleo Powder, which we also picked up from www.JulianBakery.com/Paleo since it was staring me in the face… “Buy me, try me…” I could hear the voices…. It is gluten free, so that was a no-brainer for me, since I don’t want to deal with any auto-immune flair-ups… And, it’s also MSG free, and has quite a cool list of ingredients: Chili Powder, pepper blend, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin.

This was a perfect way to keep the morning hunger at bay; I enjoyed a very nutritious breakfast that was loaded with healthy fats, not just from the locally raised egg and the avocado, but also from the almond Paleo Bread (which now has a little coconut in it, making it tastier, softer, and healthier). And topping that off with some great veggies and Paleo Powder (which has some anti-inflammatory spices in it; Cumin not only helps with muscle recovery, but is also a memory booster and stress reliever), this was a powerful little Paleo meal! And, this was super easy to make!!!!
So make sure you check out www.JulianBakery.com/Paleo for the ultimate bread, Paleo Bread in addition to Paleo Powder! We keep our house stocked with both, along with Paleo Macaroons, and the full line-up from Coconut Secret! Thanks for stopping by to check us out, and we hope you have a great day!
