This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you a ”Ground Beef & Veggie Paleo Wrap.” Since the new Paleo Wraps have been taking over, I have been able to enjoy wraps in many forms like I did years ago…. Except without grains, soy, gluten, and all that anti-Paleo stuff we don’t want!
This meal’s nutritional breakdown is roughly 670 calories, 7.5 grams of sugar, 9 net carbs, and 35.8 grams of protein…. Not too shabby, personally I needed a little bit more as I normally aim for three 1,000 calorie meals per day. Hey, I’m an active thirty-eight year old dude, and I don’t want to run out of fuel! And not eating enough can be quite detrimental to your thyroid, immune system, and adrenals… After this wrap was complete, I enjoyed a little Paleo Chocolate and Coconut Manna, along with some fresh nuts… Quite a nice combination if you ask me!
- 1 Paleo Wrap
- ¼ lb grass fed ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp Garlic Nuco Liquid Premium Coconut Oil
- ¼ large tomato – chopped
- ½ avocado
- ¼ onion – chopped
- Quantum Pink Salt and black pepper to taste
1) Cook ground beef in coconut oil, and add onions and sauté.
2) When beef is almost fully cooked (to your liking), add in eggs and mix well.
3) Add a sprinkle or two of Quantum Pink Salt and black pepper.
4) When complete, add to wrap, top with fresh tomato and avocado.
5) Season with more Quantum Pink Salt and black pepper if you wish.
6) Enjoy your “Ground Beef Avocado & Veggie Paleo Wrap!”

With a host of nutrients from the avocado, to the coconut oil, as well as the grass-fed beef, tomato, and onions… Heck, everything in this wrap, including the Paleo Wrap was good for you. Period! Stay away from grains, processed foods, sugar, soy, all the items that Paleo and Primal tell you to avoid, and you’ll be on track for success.
Seven years ago I was told that my cholesterol and blood pressure needed to be addressed. I was about 31, thought I was on top of the world, and that I could eat everything and anything in site….
