Ground Beef & Veggie Paleo Wrap

Grass fed beef, locally raised eggs, and some healthy produce, what else can you ask for?  How about an organic and non-GMO wrap please?  This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you a ”Ground Beef & Veggie Paleo Wrap.”  Since the new Paleo Wraps have been taking over, I have been able to enjoy wraps in many forms like I did years ago…. Except without grains, soy, gluten, and all that anti-Paleo stuff we don’t want!

This meal’s nutritional breakdown is roughly 670 calories, 7.5 grams of sugar, 9 net carbs, and 35.8 grams of protein…. Not too shabby, personally I needed a little bit more as I normally aim for three 1,000 calorie meals per day.  Hey, I’m an active thirty-eight year old dude, and I don’t want to run out of fuel!  And not eating enough can be quite detrimental to your thyroid, immune system, and adrenals… After this wrap was complete, I enjoyed a little Paleo Chocolate and Coconut Manna, along with some fresh nuts…  Quite a nice combination if you ask me!

1)      Cook ground beef in coconut oil, and add onions and sauté.

2)      When beef is almost fully cooked (to your liking), add in eggs and mix well.

3)      Add a sprinkle or two of Quantum Pink Salt and black pepper.

4)      When complete, add to wrap, top with fresh tomato and avocado.

5)      Season with more Quantum Pink Salt and black pepper if you wish.

6)      Enjoy your “Ground Beef Avocado & Veggie Paleo Wrap!”

With a host of nutrients from the avocado, to the coconut oil, as well as the grass-fed beef, tomato, and onions… Heck, everything in this wrap, including the Paleo Wrap was good for you.  Period!  Stay away from grains, processed foods, sugar, soy, all the items that Paleo and Primal tell you to avoid, and you’ll be on track for success.

Seven years ago I was told that my cholesterol and blood pressure needed to be addressed.  I was about 31, thought I was on top of the world, and that I could eat everything and anything in site…. Guess what, I had issues and I didn’t even know it.  Luckily I learned about the blood-typing diet, and thankfully I am an O+ blood type.  Guess what, the O+ blood type is the most successful when it comes to Blood Typing Diets…. Why?  Because it’s basically Paleo!  A few months into it, I was much leaner, meaner, and my blood pressure was phenomenal!!!!  Seven years later, I am not looking back; my cholesterol numbers are absolutely awesome, and I feel great even though I had a rough fight with Leaky Gut thanks to antibiotics (hey, we had a sick two-year-old, got an ear infection, and like most people I went to my Doctor for help….).  I feel younger now than I did seven years ago.

So dig in!  Enjoy!  And know that a meal of this caliber is nothing but healthy!  But don’t be fooled by cheap ground beef, most store-bought eggs, or even other wraps that claim they are healthy, gluten free, and organic.  Go with the Paleo Wrap, shop local, buy from a trusted source like Julian Bakery, and eat Paleo!  That’s all I’m gonna say!  I hope you enjoyed this meal, I certainly did!  With fresh veggies and good Paleo products from – It was delicious, and a no brainer!
