Egg White & Veggie Paleo Wrap Recipe

The Paleo Wrap is one of the perfect ways to enjoy a healthy, low calorie meal, and I’m gonna show you how!  This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you a ”Chicken & Egg White Paleo Wrap!”  If you are looking for a great way to enjoy a low calorie (and low carb!) meal, this is a perfect example of how Julian Bakery can save the day.  Their Paleo Bread is also low in calories, is tasty and filling too, but their Paleo Wraps are also amazingly delicious and can fit right into the healthy scene as well!  Each Paleo Wrap has only seventy calories and only four net carbs, and made from non-GMO, organic coconut!

This meal starts off with some healthy chicken breast; I cook up four ounces of it in some Garlic – Nuco Liquid Premium Coconut Oil, which is a healthy, non-GMO and organic coconut oil… Naturally infused with garlic flavor, that gives just about any meal the right amount of flavor.  Once cooked, we add in our onions and tomatoes, season with some nutritious Sunfood Superfoods Fine Himalayan Crystal Salt and black pepper, and then add in our egg whites.  Normally, I am all about the healthy yolks, where I rely on lots of healthy fats, amino acids, but also calories…. This meal is meant to show you a lower caloric option, yet still very filling and definitely not skimping out on taste.

• 1 Paleo Wrap

• 1 tbsp Garlic – Nuco Liquid Premium Coconut Oil

This awesome combo in my Paleo Wrap was delicious, low in calories (especially when considering the amount of food that we just cooked up), as well as being low in carbohydrate, sugar, fat, and gave us ample protein!  Want the numbers?  Here ya go!  405 calories, 21 grams of fat (healthy fat!), 9 net carbs, 40 grams of protein, and just 8 grams of sugar.  The Paleo Wrap did its job; it held all of this food, it tastes great, and it played a big role in keeping our intake totals where we wanted.  And as mentioned in the video, you could easily cut these numbers down significantly but eating a smaller meal.  By using ½ a tbsp of the Nuco Liquid Premium Coconut Oil, 2 ounces of chicken breast, and 2 egg whites and leaving everything else as is, we scaled the calories back to 258, fat drops to 13 grams, and protein is now at 23…  Add in some cheese if you prefer, and go Primal… It’s your call, but either way you have the ability to make a low cal meal, with healthy, organic ingredients, and place them in a delicious Paleo Wrap; The perfect vessel for your proteins and veggies!

So make sure you check out www.PaleoWrap.com, or www.JulianBakery.com/Paleo for the Paleo Wrap, the Himalayan Salt, and that Nuco Liquid Premium Coconut Oil.  You will not be disappointed with any of these items, as they are “Top-Shelf” in my book!  It’s all about being non-GMO, organic, and as natural as possible… and these items are just that.  The Paleo Wraps are made with just two healthy ingredients too; coconut water and coconut meat!  That goes to show how Julian Bakery focuses on making their products shine.  Less is more!  Thanks for checking out this food blog, I hope you enjoyed it, and please come again!
