David Lamb’s Pro Meal Plan Includes Smart Carb™ Bread

 Meal  -1- 8oz egg whites mixed with 1 scoop whey isolate protein to
form my special Protein Pancake

2 Slices of the new Smart Carb #2 Cinnamon Raisin bread (32 Protein) toasted with Sugar Free Smuckers Jelly

Meal -2 –Protein Shake-  One scoop of Whey Isolate and 1 slice of
Coconut Paleo Bread™

Meal –  3 – 8oz chicken breast with 2 slices of the New -Smart Carb #2 Raisin bread toasted

Meal 4- Protein Shake with 1 scoop whey isolate and 1 slice Coconut Paleo Bread

Meal 5- 8 oz organic free range chicken with 2 cups of veggies

Meal 6- 4 slices of Smart Carb #2 Cinnamon Raisin cooked in a pan and
soaked in Walden Farms Calorie free Pancake Syrup with sprinkles of
Stevia and cinnamon (I use Pam).  Love the way this turns out and
reminds me of French toast.

Water intake:  At least 1 Gallon a day

From the day I was introduced to Julian bakery I have had a love
affair with all of their products! As a Men’s Physique competitor I
must pay very close attention to my nutrition and nothing beats the

love to have the sensation and feeling of eating carbs or in this case

  1. Dave set me up with this meal plan about 3 months ago. With this meal plan and his personal training, I have gained 5lbs and lost 8% body fat.
