Crumbled Goat Topped Breakfast Paleo Wrap (Keto)

Yesterday’s shopping brings on today’s lovely creations…  We’ve got fresh veggies, top quality eggs, a nice Primal topping, and it’ll be enjoyed in a lovely Paleo Wrap.  This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you a “Crumbled Goat Topped Breakfast Paleo Wrap!” 

I’ve always been a fan of goat cheese, but recently I got the word that it’s more easily digestible compared to dairy from cows (even grass-fed cows).  Combined with the “goats being closer to humans” knowledge that I’ve picked up from Ben Greenfield Fitness, I’m trying to shift my Primal ways to using more goat versus cows.  Therefore, today’s breakfast Paleo Wrap will incorporate a grass-fed creamy goat cheese, combined with healthy produce, pasture-raised eggs, a nice blend of two sea salts and some black pepper.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Paleo Wrap
  • 3 pasture-raised eggs
  • ¼ cup organic mushrooms
  • Handful of fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup fresh tomato, diced
  • ½ TBSP PrimalFat Coconut Ghee
  • 1/8 cup grass-fed creamy goat cheese, crumbled
  • Quantum Pink Salt & black pepper to taste

Directions:

1)      Melt PrimalFat Coconut Ghee in warm pan, then add your mushrooms and sauté for a couple minutes.

2)      Add eggs and cilantro, and mix well.  Cook to your liking.

3)      Season with salt and pepper, then add to your Paleo Wrap.

4)      Top with fresh tomato and goat cheese.

5)      Wrap, and enjoy!

Now doesn’t that look good?  It certainly tasted good… Actually great!!!  It was loaded with so much nutrition, taste, and filled me right up!  That’s what I’m aiming for with just about every single meal that I consume.  I want to get full, stay satiated for hours with healthy fats, take in great proteins and lots of varied veggies.  Meanwhile we want to keep this meal low-carb, starch and gluten free, and have antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties throughout….
