If you love that coconutty taste for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, have I got something for you! This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you a “Coconut Delight Paleo Wrap”. I am a fan, I admit it…. Coconut has made its way into so many of my meals, and has been a meal in itself. Today I decided to cook my eggs in coconut oil, add coconut into my eggs, top my eggs with more coconut, and enjoy them in a delicious Paleo Wrap which is made from… Organic coconut!
We start off with one of the best coconut oils on the planet – Nuco Liquid Premium Coconut Oil. It’s GMO-free, it’s in liquid form so you don’t have to get a spoon and dig it out of a jar, it’s organic, and its flat-out good for ya! It also comes in garlic and lemon-herb too; all three are available at Julian Bakery, in their Paleo section!
Next, we crack in our fresh, locally raised eggs. Nothing but the best, as we are always looking to get the most nutrition for our money! Once we start cookin’ up our scrambled eggs with a half tablespoon of the Nuco coconut oil, I add in some shredded unsweetened coconut, and a nice chunk of Nutiva Coconut Manna. The best way to describe Coconut Manna, in my professional coconut opinion, is to say that it is coconut oil and the coconut meat mixed together…. Its coconut bliss in a jar and you can enjoy it in a plethora of ways. Here’s another example…. By throwing it into your scrambled eggs, and allow to melt in. So simple and so yum!!!!!!

That’s what I’m talkin’ about… Coconut!!!!! This Paleo Wrap was delicious, sweet, crunchy, soft, it had everything goin’ on. Yet, it was still low in carb’s, cal’s, has a good amount of protein and healthy fats…. Plus it has 84 trace minerals from that delicious and healthy real salt! Meanwhile, no GMO’s, no gluten, no grains, no soy, no dairy, no junk! Processed food is so out, and making your own food and/or eating real food is so in. This is yet another Paleo meal combination that will help keep you fuller longer, with less inflammation, less bloating, and simply feeling good all day long.
You too can do this with the power of www.JulianBakery.com/Paleo and their fine coconut products! You can also check them out in person in their La Jolla and Oceanside, California locations too!
