Cheese & Almond Thin Crackers™

Keeping gluten away, soy out of the picture, and GMO’s left on the Supermarket shelves.  Since we eat Primal, it doesn’t mean we eat any and every cheese available to us.  We try to be very selective with our dairy, picking the highest quality that we can find.  Today’s platter has a plethora of organic cheeses that we picked out from our local Farmer’s Market, as well as WholeFoods and even our local Supermarket.  We have some aged Cheddar, a Swiss, some Pepperjack, a nice Danish Blue, and finally Kerrygold’s “Red Leicester”.
