So it’s breakfast on a weekday, and you gotta rush out to work but you don’t have much time…. Do you buckle-down and make a meal? Or will you stop somewhere and grab something on-the-go? This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you a “Brocco-Garlic & Egg Turmeric Paleo Wrap”. I’m all about eating real food, knowing where my food came from, and trying to get a wide array of good stuff into my body. It’s how I feel good, get turbo-charged to attack my day, and how I plow through a busy day at work without having to stop to take breaks. Meanwhile, I manage my auto-immune issues by making wise health choices…. So with that said, I vote for making your own, healthy meal! Trust me, it takes about ten minutes, and it’s well worth it!!!
With the help from some frozen broccoli, I’m able to steam up a cup of some cruciferous goodness…. Broccoli is able to assist in repairing and protecting your DNA, did you know that? It’s good stuff. And even though I’m using frozen broccoli, generally they are frozen at a good time in their life time…. So you are getting quality stuff, not wilted and lacking nutrients. Instantly I start melting up some PrimalFat Coconut Ghee in my frying pan, while I whisk up three eggs. BAM! We’re moving right along, see? Toss in your egg mixture, and then after your broccoli is done (just two minutes in the microwave!) we add them to our eggs. Add in some slivered garlic for some anti-inflammatory benefits and to ward off any demons, sprinkle on some black pepper and Quantum Pink Salt for trace minerals and good flavor…. And flip! You are doing great!!!!

Cook Time: 6 min
Now, we toss this onto one of my most favoritist things in the whole-wide-world!!!!!!! Paleo Wraps! What’s better is that this is the new and bold Turmeric Paleo Wrap; it’s got a little yellow goodness built-in, more anti-inflammatory properties, a slightly different taste, and lots of health benefit. Yet, it still is one of the lowest carb’ed wraps out there… Still has just seventy calories per wrap. Still lacks GMO’s, gluten, grains, soy, starch, dairy, and added salt. And still is flexible, strong, and portable!
Last part, I promise!!! I top this with some fresh tomatoes, maybe season it with more of that Quantum Pink Salt and black pepper if you wish, and you are DONE! Seriously, that was less than ten minutes, and you now are looking at a meal that is packed with nutrition, nothing processed, no junk, no chemicals, no GMO’s, no gluten… I could go on and on! It’s low carb, so if you want to get keto and start burning fat, you can. It’s got beneficial fats, featuring MCT’s in the Paleo Wrap, short and medium chain fatty acids in the Coconut Ghee, and great Omega’s in our pasture raised eggs. Broccoli, garlic and tomatoes make this a killer combo, super-healthy, and scrumptious too!
