This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you ”Banana & Coconut Manna on Almond Paleo Bread.” Coconut Manna was something I found about two years ago, while delving deep into the magical world of Paleo. Coconuts scared me at first… I thought they were fatty, artery clogging, and bad for you. What I learned soon after investigating this subject was the complete opposite. Coconut and healthy fats are actually extremely good for you! The person that turned me onto coconut oil was someone who suffered from Rheumatoid Arthritis, a few tablespoons of coconut oil a day made the pains subside… This caught my attention, and sparked my interest to find more uses for coconut. And guess what, there are tons of ways to use coconut for health purposes! It’s an anti-fungal, it’s good for your skin, it promotes hair growth and weight loss, and apparently it’s good for your joints too. So don’t be scared, and enjoy that coconut that you crave!
