Almond Paleo Sandwich With Egg and Asparagus

This is Dan from Primal4Life bringing you ” Almond Paleo Sandwich with Egg and Asparagus.”  Looking for a super healthy breakfast option?  Want a lot of flavor without the bad ingredients that are in your typical processed foods?  Well look no further…. This morning I put together a nice breakfast sandwich using local ingredients and a quality bread that tastes great by Julian BakeryPaleo Bread is the only bread that I consume, allowing me to feel and look good, and I am thrilled to be livin’ the Primal lifestyle and get my occasional slice of bread.  Almond bread is today’s Paleo Bread of choice, and it now has a new ingredient; coconut flour!  I love coconut, but did enjoy my coconut when I wanted it, and my almond when I wanted it.  But, after trying the newly revised almond Paleo Bread, I can honestly say that it does not taste like coconut whatsoever.  The almond bread is vastly improved, it is lighter, fluffier, and just feels and tastes more like a slice of bread that we have been accustomed to.  And, its lower in calories than the previous version, you gotta love coconut!!!

So this morning’s sandwich starts off with a handful of fresh asparagus, cooking in my pan with coconut oil.  Once that was almost cooked up, I started my local eggs in the same pan, and two slices of the latest and greatest almond Paleo Bread in the toaster oven.  When all was said and done, I added some salt and pepper to taste, and assembled…  Tada!!!  I prefer my eggs cooked sunny-side-up, and I’m glad I like them that way because the almond Paleo Bread was perfect to soak up that lovely yolk. 


• 2 slices almond Paleo Bread

• 1 handful asparagus

• 1 tablespoon coconut oil

• 2 eggs

• salt and pepper to taste


1)      Cook asparagus in coconut oil

2)      Toast Paleo Waffles in toaster oven

3)      Cook eggs to your liking

4)      Add salt and pepper

5)      Assemble sandwich and serve

What a great way to start my day, with a healthy sandwich made from that incredible Paleo BreadI was able to enjoy some of the healthiest slices of bread in the land, made with all natural ingredients, low in calories and carbs, lacking GMO’s, dairy, grains, gluten, and tastes great!   And combined with all local ingredients, this sandwich was uber-tasty!!! 

So make sure you go to for their almond and/or coconut Paleo Bread, along with all the other Paleo necessities a modern-caveman could need!  Cookbooks, bars, cookies, Coconut Secret products, the Ab Wheel; lots of items to keep you fit with a smile!
